W Horry & Son Ltd, Rout Green Brewery, Wide Bargate, 4 Horncastle Road, Boston, Lincolnshire.

William Horry was born in Partney in 1817. He was the landlord of The Red Cow Inn, Wide Bargate in 1850, 1855 and 1861 and initially brewed there before establishing the Rout Green Brewery before 1868. Thomas Herbert Horry, son, was a farmer and he gave this up in 1878 and joined his father in the brewery. The brewery traded as William Horry to ca.1887, then as W Horry & Son. In 1913, the business was registered as W Horry & Son Ltd.

It was acquired by Soames & Co. Ltd of Spalding in 1924 for £7,000 but not the tied houses. The site was later redeveloped as Boston Shopping Park.
