Noa Brewhouse

Noa Brewhouse, Douglas, Isle of Man.

Brewing started in 2023 in the Noa Bakery which is based directly opposite the ferry terminal in Douglas.

The beers use leftover sourdough bread which is crumbled and dried in the associated bakehouse and used in the brewing process at 10% of the mash. Fermentation is in 300 litre vessels.
