Melbourne Hall Brewhouse, South Derbyshire.
Originally timber-framed, was built in 1710 to supply the Melbourne Estate owners and employees.
It most likely went out of use in the mid-19th century when two breweries opened in the town and a railway connection was made with Burton and Derby in 1868.
The brewhouse was converted to stabling in 1903 and no evidence of brewing survives inside the building.
In 2020 it reopened as a beer bottle shop and later as a pub and restaurant. It sells craft beers but no real ale.
