Exmoor Ales Ltd

Exmoor Ales Ltd, Golden Hill Brewery, Old Brewery Road, Wiveliscombe, Somerset TA4 2PW

Founded by Tim Gilmour-White in June 1980 as the Golden Hill Brewery in part of Hancock's former brewery (William Hancock & Sons (Wiveliscombe) Ltd).

A new brewery was built close to the original in 2015.

The brewery to close in 2025 and beers to be brewed at Hogs Back Brewery. Distribution to remain at Wiveliscombe.

However, in late 2025, brewing returned to Wiveliscombe when the New Exmoor Brewery will start brewing on the site of the former Cotleigh Brewery in the town.
