McMullen & Sons Ltd, Hertford Brewery, Hartham Lane , Hertford , Hertfordshire .

Founded 1827 at Railway Street by Peter McMullen.

Moved to Mill Bridge 1832 and Hartham Lane brewery built 1891. Registered March 1897 with 90 public houses.

Still brewing independently but output scaled down to develop part of site.
