Registered 1874.

Acquired by the Cornbrook Brewery Co. Ltd. 1937 with 127 houses.

Cornbrook then registered a new company of the same name in 1939 as a subsidiary.

Closed in about 1960. Parts of the old brewery are now occupied by the new Phoenix Brewery Ltd.
