Brewing commenced 2001 at Mayflower House, 15 Longendale Road, Standish, Greater Manchester.
Opened August 2001 at Standish.  


Between about 2003 and 2007, they brewed at the Royal Oak PH, Standishgate, Wigan. Between 2010 and 2012, they brewed at Upholland, then Tontine.
Ceased brewing at the end of May 2003, but restarted at The Royal Oak in May 2004.  


The re-launch of Mayflower Brewery took place on 24 June 2016 at Docherty's bar in Wigan.
The brewery changed hands in June 2007.

Brewing was suspended for about a year during 2009 and early 2010 and restarted at Wellcross Farm, Upholland in June 2010.
 
It moved once more in Autumn 2011 to Orrell.
 
Brewing was suspended at the end of 2012.
 
After a period of brewing at a number of other breweries restarted here in Summer 2016.

The brewery changed hands in June 2007.
