The following is a report of sale in the Alford Gazette dated 26 March 1921 following the failure of Hundleby Brewery Ltd:
- 1. Wheatsheaf, New Leake (sold to R.G. Kitching of Grimsby who had bought the Hundleby Brewery)
- 2. Saracen’s Head, East Keal (sold to George Bateman & Son Ltd., Wainfleet)
- 3. Rising Sun, Bratoft (sold to George Bateman & Son Ltd., Wainfleet)
- 4. Anchor Inn, Toynton All Saints (sold to the sitting tenants)
- 5. Bridge Inn beerhouse, Stickney (sold to the sitting tenants)
- 6. Coach & Horses, Toynton All Saints (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 7. Red Lion, East Kirkby, near Spilsby (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 8. Dog & Duck beerhouse, New Leake (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 9. Black Horse, Thorpe St. Peter (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 10. Three Tuns, Thorpe St. Peter (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 11. King’s Head, Addlethorpe (sold to apparently private buyers)
- 12. Anchor, East Street, Alford (sold to apparently private buyers)
