Offered for auction 1898 with 25 houses but withdrawn.

Ceased trading April 1899. Offered for auction as Hilton & Sons, July 1913 with 7 tied houses but was withdrawn at £3,050.

Brewing ceased 1927 when they were acquired by Simonds Ltd.
