Registered 1890 to acquire Norton Brothers (founded by 1847), Springside; David Evan Lewis & Sons, Merlin Brewery and Evans & Son, all of Carmarthen.

Acquired by Buckley's Brewery Ltd. in 1900 and brewing ceased.
