Kirkpatrick & Co, Chapel Street Brewery, St James's Street, Kemp Town, Brighton, East Sussex

"Pale Bitter Ale and Porter Brewers" recorded in 1853-1854. In 1864 to A J Embling & Co, t/a The Chapel Street Brewery.

In 1874 became H & G Simmonds' wine & spirit store and survived under other uses until demolition in 1992.
