Having taken over Marston, Thompson & Evershed Ltd in 1999, the Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd group renamed itself Marston's PLC in 2007.
Head office is at the former Banks's Park Brewery in Wolverhampton: Banks's Brewery (Wolverhampton).
- In 2007, they acquired the brewery and small tied estate of Ringwood Brewery, Ringwood, Hampshire.
- In 2008, they acquired the brewery and small tied estate of Wychwood Brewery Ltd, Witney, Oxfordshire.
- In 2017, they acquired the brewery of Charles Wells Ltd of Bedford, although Wells retained its pub estate, and then opened its own brewery Wells & Co (Bedford).
In November 2020, Marstons PLC and Carlsberg UK merged to form Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company Limited.
