Northampton Brewery Co. Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 116 Bridge Street, Northampton, Northamptonshire.
Brewery built 1856 for Thomas Phillips, later owner of the Dock Brewery, Newport, Gwent, (see Phillips & Sons Ltd). Registered in February 1887. Merged with Phipps & Co. Ltd. 1957. with 420 tied houses. Brewery ceased May 1974 and was demolished.
A new Carlsberg-Tetley brewery was built on the site.
