We aim to publish four editions of the Journal of the Brewery History Society each year. The Journal is now typically over 50 A5 pages, and tends to contain histories of breweries and changes within the industry. Occasional "theme" issues are published. The latest edition of Brewery History is a special theme issue dedicated to science and brewing. It includes nine articles by leading authors on a variety topics relating to this important and fascinating subject. You can view the contents of the BHS Journal for all issues. |
