This third edition, which extends the coverage to 2012, is larger than the previous edition and includes additional information plus the phenomenal growth of the micro-breweries, and further research into the brew-pubs of the late 19th century. This directory is in county chapters, then the brewing towns each with their brewers listed. Each brewery has a short history (location, year established, owner/founder and registration, acquisition (or on-going) and some information on brewery buildings). There are substantial indexes of brewing towns and brewers/brewery names. A4 Softback, 266 pages, some black & white illustrations.
