Peter Walker & Sons Ltd - Warrington & Burton-upon-Trent Leeds-Armley, 86 Armley Road Albion The pub had a major reconstruction in 1919 by the Warrington brewer Peter Walker using the Liverpool architects Prescott & Davies. Had a red-tiled fascia with 'Walker's Warrington & Burton Ales'. 2008: the lettering is covered over by an ugly modern box fascia; the original lettering may still exist beneath. DK 2003; SP 2008 .

Nothing specifically with the Melbourne identity, although one of the designs appears regularly across the former estate, and appears to be an 'abstract' form of the 'Bowing Courtier'. Halifax Brewery Co Ltd - Albion Brewery, Warley, Halifax Sowerby Bridge, Town Hall Street Bulls Head Interior. The inner entrance door has 'HBC' on its window, and there are smaller glass panels on either side of it, again with 'HBC' initials. Halifax Brewery Company became James Alderson & Co Ltd in 1902, and was taken over by Ramsdens in 1919. Also Ramsden windows. RWo 2008 .
