Minerva Brewery - Minerva Hotel, Nelson Street, Hull Hull, Nelson Street Minerva Brewery (former) The Minerva microbrewery operated in two spells between 1985 and 1998. The brewery has now been removed and its space converted to a bar, but the lettering 'THE MINERVA BREWERY' in corporate 'Allied' style survives on the exterior. SP photo 2008 Picture

Moors' & Robson's Breweries Ltd - Crown Brewery, Hull Hull, Francis Street Moors' & Robson's Brewery Offices (former) The brick and terracotta offices survive at the West end of Francis Street. On the top pediment of the building is a large stone crown - the brewery trademark - and beneath this are the remains of lettering 'M & R'. Lower down is a small stone plaque with an 'M&R' monogram.
