Bass Worthington Burton-upon-Trent Aberystwyth, 46 Bridge Street RAFA Club (former) This had a modern projecting box sign with 'Worthington Best Bitter' and the brewery's shield trademark (Carling on the reverse side). The Worthington sign had been replaced by 2014, and the premises converted to "Bar 46" by 2018 with a replacement sign. BHK 2010; Google 2014 and 2018 .

J C Rae Aberystwyth Aberystwyth, Portland Street / Terrace Road White Horse Hotel A fine tiled frontage installed in 1906. Tiled fascia: 'BAR ... REA'S ... LOUNGE'. Also, 'REA'S' in mosaic on the floor of one of the doorways; and 'Rea's' in a shield on the corner of the building. The large etched bay window with 'Rea's' is thought to be a modern replacement. Rea's were wine & spirit merchants in Aberystwyth. SP photo 2019 Picture
