Boddington Brewery Ltd Manchester St Helens, 1 Fleet Lane Bulls Head (former) A convex-faced plaque and a projecting box sign; incorporating: 'BODDINGTONS BITTER', etc, and the brewery's trademark of a cask with bees. The pub was converted to flats by 2017, and the Boddington signs have been removed. BHK 2012; Google 2017 .

Ellis, Warde & Co Ltd Ormskirk St Helens, 49 Morley Street Turks Head Hotel A logo in stonework features a monogram 'EW & Co' above the pub name. Also a mosaic tiled floor in the lobby with 'EW'. The brewery's name became Ellis, Warde & Co Ltd in 1919, so the monogram dates from after this time. Ellis, Warde & Co were taken over by Walker Cain of Warrington in 1929.
