Heavitree Brewery Ltd Exeter Bideford, 16a Mill Street - corner of Lower Gunstone Heavitree Arms The pub is named after the former brewery. On the Mill Street elevation are etched windows: 'AGENT FOR ... BAKERS ... HEAVITREE ... ALES'. The Baker family owned the brewery during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Norman & Pring Ltd Exeter Buckfastleigh, 79-80 Fore Street Valiant Soldier (former) This former pub is now a museum. It was closed in the late 1960s and everything has been left the same as it was then. There are lots of Norman & Pring (City Brewery) signs inside. St Annes Well Brewery Co Ltd Exeter Moretonhampstead, Cross Street Bell Etched glass windows bearing the name of St Anne's Well Brewery in Exeter, which took over the pub in the 1890s. The windows read: (1) 'St ANNE'S WELL ... OATMEAL STOUT'; (2) 'ALL SPIRITS OF THE BEST QUALITY'; (3) 'OLD CELLAR ...
