Staffordshire - Stone, Newcastle Street: John Joule & Sons Ltd - the former Ale Stores

John Joule & Sons' Brewery at High Street, Stone, was closed by Bass Charrington in 1972. Although the Brewery has been demolished, most of the former Ale Stores survive, now in other use.
