Isle of Man - Douglas, Glen Falcon Road: Okell's Falcon Brewery
The original brewery was founded at Castle Hill in Douglas by Dr William Okell in 1850. In 1874, it moved to the Falcon Brewery at Glen Falcon Road - the brewery shown here. Okells were acquired by Heron & Brearley, wine merchants, in 1945. In 1994, they moved to a modern brewery at Kewaigue, just outside Douglas.
